to:
- Provide nodes that will connect technology providers and end-users
in their respective areas, and form a bridge between them.
- Provide a regional marketing base to identify the needs of SMEs who
might use OMI technology.
- Help to identify and overcome property rights issues, and provide business
models.
- Demonstrate the concept of an OMI Center through the pull of pragmatic
demonstrator projects.
- Contribute, support and follow up the standardization process of the
Open Model Interface (OMF/OMI) initiative to support supercell simulation
mmodels distribution among users in CAD vendor independent manner.
- be an unique communication channel between Mediterranean regions through
academic partners (UOS, UOP and ESIM), technology providers at the edge
of the technology in the business of models (TGI, LEDA), and the OMI Europpean
programme.
