Online registration
Attendees are invited to fill-in the following forms to register
to FDL'07.
Registration instructions
All prices in the registration form are in Euros and do not include the VAT. The VAT will be charged according to the point 4 below.
- Members of sponsors include: Accellera, Cadence, GI, GMM, IEE,
IFIP, ITG, Hewlett-Packard, Mentor Graphics, Microswiss Network,
Synopsys.
- Students must provide a valid Student Identification.
- FDL CD-ROM will be sent to the conference participants within
3 months after the event.
- VAT will be charged only to citizens of the EU and can be reimbursed
to their company. However, in case of payment made directly by
the company, VAT is not charged, providing that the
VAT identification number is indicated in the corresponding form
field.
Note: no registration request will be confirmed until payment
(or proof of payment) has been received.
No registration will be accepted if received after September 10,
2007. After this date, there will be on-site registration only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: written requests for refunds must
be postmarked no later than September 1, 2007. Refunds are subject
to a 10% processing fee if received by September 1, 2007; a 50%
fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds received
after the September 10, 2007 (postmark date) will not be honored,
and all registration fees will be forfeited.
