Instructions Reduced fees: (1) Members of sponsors include: Accellera, IEE, IFIP 10.5, ITG, GMM, GI, IMEC, ISLI, Mentor Graphics, Microswiss Network, VDE, Synopsys (2) Students must provide a valid Student Identification. (3) The students’ fee and the 2 days’ fee does not include the ticket for the social event: it has to be purchased separately. Printed proceedings will not be included in the students’ registration: they will be purchasable on site. A CD-Rom including all papers and presentations will be sent to ALL participants after the conference. Note: no registration request will be confirmed until payment (or proof of payment) has been received. Cancellation and Refund Policy: written requests for refunds must be postmarked no later than August 27, 2004. Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee if received by August 27, a 50% fee if received after August 27. Requests for refunds received after the September 5, 2004 postmark date will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited. V.AT.: it will be charged only to citizens of the EEC and can be reimbursed to their company. However, in case of payment made directly by the company, V.A.T. is not charged, providing that they give their V.A.T. identification number.
