September Tuesday 14, 18h30-20h30, room to be announced on site

The goal of the session is to present in details the concepts around compact modeling and the open-source ADMS project. Its main purpose is to attract more people in the development / use of the project tools. A demonstration on the existing Open-Source tools ADMS/ZSPICE will be given.
Some lights will be shaded on the xml technologies used in the development of the project. Popular MOS models such as the Berkeley BSIM3 model, the MM11 model from Philips and the upcoming PSP model (Philips/Penn State University) will serve as demonstrators.
