Meeting on
Open-Source Compact Model Project ADMS/ZSPICE

The goal of the session
is to present in details the concepts around compact modeling
and the open-source ADMS project. Its main purpose is to attract
more people in the development / use of the project tools.
A demonstration on the existing Open-Source tools ADMS/ZSPICE
will be given.
Some lights will be shaded on the xml technologies used in
the development of the project. Popular MOS models such as
the Berkeley BSIM3 model, the MM11 model from Philips and
the upcoming PSP model (Philips/Penn State University) will
serve as demonstrators.
Different aspects of the Open-Source project development will
be discussed (software design of ADMS, C code development,
testing, release, mailing).
Anyone who wishes to contribute to the Project is very welcome
to participate to this event created in casual atmosphere.
