Co-located Workshops:

The SYDIC-Telecom will give the first feedback after 9 month of work to the Virtual Socket Interface Alliance (VSIA).
The SYDIC-Telecom (System Design Industry Council for Telecom Industry) consortium of the European telecommunication players: Alcatel, Bosch, Ericsson, Infineon, Intracom, Italtel, Nokia, Philips and VTT Electronics under the coordination of ECSI (European Electronic Chips & Systems design Initiative) will finish the first 9 months of the common work.
The first results will be presented to the community at the ECSI-VSI Alliance Workshop on System Level Design (SLD) Standardization Initiatives to be held on September 6th, 2000 in Tübingen, Germany (co-located with the FDL2000 Conference).
At the workshop the first summary of considerations concerning the requirements for the system-level design methodology and tools, as well as specification languages will be officially presented.
